Dear Thailand Team Members: Greetings in Jesus' Name! The documents attached are in PDF (Adobe) format. If you need them in MS Word formate, let me know. Each of these documents must be signed, and in some cases, notarized with duplicate copies. All three are necessary for participation in the Thailand Healing Outreach (Feb-2009). Currently there are 11 Thailand Healing Outreach Team members. Our first team meeting will be Saturday, July 19th at 2:00 pm (document forthcoming). For those already part of the team, I would like to ask that this date also be the deadline for submission of these completed documents. Be sure to read them over completely.
