Dear Thailand Outreach Team Member:

Happy 4th of July! I trust you'll have a great one with you and your family.

During the middle of the summer, February may seem like a long way off, but it's really not. Unlike on previous outreaches, we are going to have to order our airline tickets EARLY. As you know, airlines are tending to cut back right now on the number of flights available. Therefore you CAN'T WAIT to take care of outreach business. That includes fundraising. If you haven't received a fundraising packet from me yet, I'm working on it. Be sure to get with me about that if you don't hear from me again soon.

Another matter is all that paperwork I sent you copies of. I have only received one set back so far, so chances are, you need to take care of that. Of course, that's just a reminder because I said it should be in by the first team meeting (July 19th).

Another item is your passport! NOBODY leaves the country with one, so if you don't have one, DON'T WAIT to apply. If you need assistance, please ask. (By the way, for those who already have passports, you should make sure it is valid until at least 6 months after the outreach is complete.)
